Mission Statement

“To offer readers the best library of free, quality fantasy while supporting authors.”

The FFL Story

*This is a portfolio website and is not actively monitored.*

It’s all too easy for books to live in the depths of algorithmic limbo. Good books buried behind 1,000 lesser ones in bloated libraries. It’s a disservice to the author and to readers searching for quality fantasy.

FFL aims to solve this dilemma. By only accepting the best novels, FFL offers readers a library of vetted, quality fantasy that is worth a read.

For free.

Authors gain real exposure to readers. No more praying the algorithm lifts them from the abyss.

It’s a win-win.

This isn’t a traditional publishing house where I can throw money into worldwide marketing and retail for each book. What I can do is support readers and authors as best I can. That’s the heart of FFL. I respond to every submission with personally recorded feedback and provide access to my growing pool of author resources. Every author has a Patreon page where they earn 100% of reader tips. Why?

I believe readers and authors can both flourish. So read, enjoy, and share the stories you love. Thanks for joining this journey.

FAQ

Currently, it does not. No ads, tips, or anything else.

In the future, FFL plans to offer the service of building websites for authors. As readership increases, FFL will also offer ways to support the platform through donations or affiliate links to author books, never taking from the author’s royalty.

Submissions are read until an editorial decision has been made. At that point, an audio recoding is sent to the author along with dozens of pages of resources. The goal is to support all authors, not just those who end up in this library. That means giving all authors some tangible, personalized feedback that will help them reflect and grow. No polite dismissals. Real feedback and resources.
